Internal Arts New England’s facility is home to various forms of martial arts including Traditional Yang Style Taijiquan, Baguazhang, Xingyiquan, and non-martial internal arts like qigong-based Tai Chi for Good Health (Yang Style Short Form), Iaido, Meditation, Reiki, and Yoga. The below programs have independent membership/fee structures.
Boston Eishen Ryu Iaido
The Japanese art of drawing the sword, cutting, and returning the sword to the scabbard is both a physical and meditation practice. Justin Kosuk of Boston Iaido offers classes on Tuesday from 7:45 p.m. to 9:45 p.m., with the ability to go to the Cambridge dojo in case of the Salisbury dojo closure. Great Bay Tai Chi
Great Bay Tai Chi is a group of Tai Chi instructors teaching in the Salisbury and Hamilton, MA, Woodstock, VT and Lebanon, NH areas. Internal Arts New England is the home of Great Bay Tai Chi, Ma. Great Bay offers instruction in Yang Style Tai Chi for Good Health, Traditional Yang Style Taijiquan, Wudang Kung Fu (Baguazhang and Xingyiquan), Kids Tai Chi Kung Fu, and monthly seminars. North Shore Insight Meditation Community
Grounded in the 2500-year-old teachings of the Buddha, NSIMC offers a variety of meditation practice opportunities including classes, retreats, workshops, in person, in hybrid form and on Zoom. Reiki
Great Bay Tai Chi instructor Stacie Bowman offers Traditional Usui Shiki Ryoho practitioner certification, Traditional Qigong Healing Methods, and meditation. Her classes are rooted in traditional lineage, informed by scientific research, and embodied experience.
Join Stacie’s monthly Reiki Movement and Meditation classes to explore a combination of gentle Qigong movements, meditation, and Self-Reiki. These sessions help you center, ground, and restore. All are welcome.

Yoga
Please bring a mat, water, and any desired props, such as blocks, blankets, straps, or extra padding for knees. Extra mats and blocks are available at the studio if needed. Yoga makes a great complement to Tai Chi, and Liz’s experience in both practices will surely lead to excellent classes for our community.
